I am a licensed financial coach with over 12 years of experience and specialize in financial planning, budgeting and credit repair/debt restructuring.

I am a mobile notary and document signing agent for loan documents/applications. If you would like anything notarized or obtain borrowers' information, please call me. I can fill out the 1003 and all the papers that are needed and fax them back or have a courier pick up and return to lender (lender should have an account for the courier). I gather all information and W2's, copy of pay stubs and anything else that is needed to complete a loan package.

I can also notarize loan documents. If you are looking for someone to travel and obtain this information, please call. I will go anytime, if I am available. My hours are flexible. I am available days and evening hours, on week days and weekends.

Fax or e-mail the documents. I prefer pdf format. My notary commission license # is 1797235. I am a document signing agent. I'm bonded and insured. I am a member of the National Notary Association (NNA).

As a document signing agent, I charge a flat fee of $125.00, $10.00 for each notarized signature plus mileage. Printing of documents is extra. Additonal fees may apply, depending on type of service.

I am an independent contractor. I require payment for all services rendered at end of service. I always call to confirm appointment with clients. If clients fail to keep their appointments, $50.00 will be charged for my time. I will include an invoice with the loan package. E-mail or fax verification will be sent to you once the loan package is completed, faxed or picked up by courier.

I am also available to do simple notarial acts, including, but not limited to:

* acknowledgement
* jurats
* power of attorneys
* signature certifications, etc.

I serve the following counties: San Diego and Orange County.
