- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was little, I've always had an interest in electronics, eventually I just kind of started teaching myself how to use the computer when my dad let me get on. Eventually, my interest grew to a hobby and I started getting a lot of requests for help.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus and Spyware removal, Upgrading computers or repairing hardware, installing software, cleaning out a computer etc.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Don't judge a book by it's cover. Just because I'm a junior in high school doesn't mean I'm not qualified. I'm actually working on my CCNA certificate right now and currently plan to take the exam soon. I'm also working on my CompTIA A+ certification as well. .
