"Providing popcorn movies to the yacht crowd"
I have been making 25 minute to 1 hour movies showing suggested California Delta cruises in Stockton, Discovery Bay, Bethel Island, Walnut Grove and Sacramento areas. There is also one personality feature on a river rat icon, Bill Conner, who lives in a 1966 George Ladd Houseboat and barge on the Stockton Deep Water Channel and who used to own Lost Isle resort on the river. This reflects my love affair for the California Delta.
I will also contract out to do photography or movies for other people. I have many years of experience as a newspaper reporter, magazine writer, as well as a photographer and movie producer. I would welcome, for example, doing wedding movies for couples who want a reasonably priced video record of their important day from a journalist's trained eye viewpoint. I have also done short movie clips for digital wire service media.
My experience also includes helping to produce radio and film documentaries on Johnny Cash. (I went to Folsom Prison with Johnny Cash and June Carter for the historic album January 13, 1968.) The 30 minute radio documentary was on the BBC and the movie is packaged in Sony's latest Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison box set.
