- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that having a standard, flat rate for our services does you an injustice! Frankly Clean provides each customer with a free estimate, then based on the estimate, all-inclusive services and rates, plus a friendly experience and an awesome finished product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Frankly Clean, we provide a free estimate for all customers to view the area needing cleaning or restoration. During the estimate, we go over the job with the customer, explain our process and supplies, and give a precise value to the work we will provide. We like to work in person, instead of over the phone. This keeps everyone on the same page and shows you our friendly, honest business style.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers from the Sacramento area down to the Bay area. We do carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, plus restorations for residential properties and commercial properties.
