FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
More than 20 years of experience in business and hundreds of completed projects has shown us what prices have to be to stay in business. Our prices are fair and very calculated. We don't mess around. Just simple honest, responsible and friendly service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with contacting the client. Find out as much information on project as possible. Provide a preliminary estimate based on a written scope of work or blueprints/plans. If customer is in agreement we draft up either a design contract or a contract for the services needed. If the client is in agreement we will then meet at the site to confirm and sign contracts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in Roofing in 1976.......moved to carpentry and high rise steel buildings in 1981 to pay for college. Have my BA/BS degree in Business Administration so I know what it takes to run a successful business. Was an independent contractor for several framing companies in the 80's. Started my own business in late 80's. In 1996 after 20 years in the industry running work for other companies I received my General Contractors license. Since then, we've either been a part, worked on, or provided our services to hundreds of projects over a 22 year period.
