- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible and additional options are available, like our distinctive Up Lighting packages starting at $150, our digital Selphie Station photo booth at $195, or our remote PA System for your ceremony at $195, which includes both a wireless lavalier and wireless handheld microphone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer, we will start with a good telephone conversation and schedule a follow-up meeting. I want to know every detail of your event and I like to communicate with your other vendors to make sure everyone is perfectly on cue. We have event-planning worksheets to help you think through the schedule and logistics. I like to take the stress out of your event planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience with hundreds of weddings, anniversaries, quinceañeras, birthdays, concerts, corporate and other events. In this line of work, a good personality can take you far!
