* $75 to $85 for the first 2.5 to 3 hours
* after 3 hours, we charge $20 an hour
* In addition to $75, we also do not charge for windows, limited to one or two windows per visit, and limited dish washing or putting your dishes away.

  I hired HMC Happy Cleaning Lady to clean my house after we hosted a party. They did a fine job with the cleaning, which involved a deep clean of our kitchen, including doing dishes and throwing away a lot of empty bottles and cans. They also swept and mopped the floor. Everything looked good after the cleaning.
  
  I had HMC come and clean when I wasn't in my house and the completed the cleaning without any problems.
  
  However, the process of booking Happy Cleaning Lady was quite frustrating. When they spoke to me they tried to change their price. Also, I wanted to pay through Thumbtack, which I find easier, but they refused to accept payment through Thumbtack.

  I will never go to Jake place again, the first time cleaning evolved a party he had, their was over 300 bottles and cans every were and in his back yard. Jake never mentioned the party! I tried to change the price but he would have nothing to do with a price change so the ladies cleaned anyway. Today Jake asked us to clean his place, I took the liberty to copy and paste Jake.P.   (Need a House Cleaner for 1 Bed- & 2 Bath-room House – Thanks. (Can you come at 9:30 on Saturday morning to clean? It will be the same type of cleaning as last time you did it a few weeks ago.) -- Jake, He failed to mention that this time he had a no holds bar frat party from the movie animale house, I only regrete not takeing a photo. There was the uasal 200 to 300 empty beer cans and bottles but this time they got the floors sticky from corner to corner, there was embed dirt and party ribbons embeded with the dirt. My shoes stuck to the floor as I walked around to emspect the place. We only took one cleaning lady that day because Jake wrote clean 1 bed 2 bath. This young guy failed to mention the real mess broken bottles out back etc. Thats the first time in 15 years we experienced an araogant guy like this. He was a real joke, he reminded me of this new movie that came out called the dictator. I explained that the only way to clean this floor is with a machine, or this poor lady has to get on her hands and knees and scrub 1600 feet of sticky filth. We simply said we have to leave, Jake protested as we climbed into the van, he stated' I work for thumbtac and you will never get any more work if you leave!" I really did not want to ask for more money with this guy so I waited to see if he would change the price on his own. Nope not with Jake He wanted to use thumbtac to threaten me insted. I said gooday Mr Jake and left. Later I called him and left a message that I would internet rate him and who he said he works for and attach everything for the public view.I really don't belive he works for thumbtac or even works at all.He seemed spoiled rooten and is probaly a trustee baby.
