FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current pricing is $100 per 1-hour session in person. I give a $10 discount per session if a client buys 10 sessions or more, at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out, we immediately set up an intake call where we talk about the client's goals and expectations, lifestyle limitations, and past training history (if available). During this call, the client also gets an opportunity to learn more about the service I offer, and what they can expect from me. Based on our conversation, I create a training plan to help the client reach their goals sustainably. I also provide nutritional guidance and have open communication with all my clients, allowing them to reach out to me if they face any issues. The first few sessions are spent going over general exercise execution to help the client find the technique that best suits their body. From there, we progress at the rate that is sustainable given the client's goals and lifestyle factors.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with people from all different strength levels. I currently work with competitive powerlifters, beginner lifters their first year of training, people with corporate jobs who just want to look better and feel stronger, other strength coaches wanting to get an objective perspective on their training and students who want to get stronger while having a very demanding school schedule.
