I provide short- and long-term pet sitting services for the South Bay Area and Peninsula area. Last-minute scheduling is not a problem. I'm very flexible.

I am an experienced pet care provider. I am familiar with special needs and elderly pets requiring daily medications, including injections and fluid administration.

  Melissa (Caring4Pawz) has been our pet sitter for over 2 years. She is a dependable and very compassionate person. Melissa treats our pet like she would her own, and our 10 year old dog absolutely adores her! Our dog does need medication on occasion and Melissa is very diligent in proper dispensing. She also stays in our home and has always been very responsible and trustworthy. We go on vacation with no worries knowing that our dog is under her watchful eye! Not only is Melissa a wonderful pet sitter, she is an exceptional person! I highly recommend her service, and I am very selective in who takes care of my dog. I can't say enough good things about her.

  Melissa has taken care of our two dogs twice when we've been out of town. She's reliable and kind, and the girls really like her. We've been so pleased at how calm they are when we return home -- so much less stressful than boarding! Melissa is organized, makes sure she has all the info she needs ahead of time, and emails (sometimes with photos!) to let us know how things are going while we're gone. I highly recommend her.

  Melissa has taken care of my Pomeranian for three years now and I cannot express in words how much her care has meant to my husband and I. We travel a few times a year and we use to worry about leaving Tasha. Since Melissa started watching her we have not had to worry at all. She takes such good care of Tasha. I recommend Melissa highly. Anyone who employs her services will see her kindness and caring for animals is a huge benefit.

  Melissa is the best! She has literally saved my cats' life!!! My cat Spencer is a very special, very small Himalayan who was on his deaths bed when Melissa came into his life. I travel a lot and he ended up getting very sick during on of my trips. Melissa came to my house, gave him fluids, oral meds (whch trust me....is NOT easy for this little fighter) and literally helped nurse him back to health.
  
  Since that time I have relied on Melissa to help whenever I am out of town and truly consider her a true Spencer loves her and I know she loves him.
  
  Today Spencer gets fluids daily as well as oral meds. he will have to have these the rest of his little kitty life but at least now if I have to travel....or want to travel, I know that Melissa will be there for him.

  Melissa is caring and compasionate. She watches my 3 dogs, and they absolutley love her. Melissa is patient and understanding. I have never had an issue or had to complain. She knows her stuff when it comes to animal care. She also has wonderful communication skills, if she's unsure about anything, she's not afraid to reach me on my cell. That says a lot in my opinion. Thanks Melissa for taking such wonderful care of my babies. You are truly a wonderful person. See you in 2 weeks.
