Introduction: JRS Construction handles all phases of residential construction, including customer relations, estimating jobs, handling project permits, collaborating with architects and engineers, coordinating crews and subcontractors, inspections and scheduling. We are highly motivated to meet deadlines and have excellent relations with good, qualified subcontractors in the area, having worked with local lumber yards, electrical and plumbing contractors, masons, window vendors, and suppliers in virtually all facets of the construction trade for many years. In addition, we are familiar with the special requirements needed to meet the unique building codes of Tahoe and Truckee. With a talent for organization and forethought, owner and contractor Rob runs a smooth project, and his crews enjoy working for him and put a great deal of pride in their craftsmanship. JRS Construction, Inc. is licensed and insured, and we carry work comp. insurance on all our employees. We require subcontractors to be insured as well. We routinely provide documentation of all expenditures on every project we do, comparing actuals to estimates twice a month.
