What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are certified. Ask them if they are certified by CompTIA. CompTIA certifications are globally recognized as proof of a working knowledge of personal computer technology. Many so-called tech know as much about computers as the average advance user and that is not good enough. They need to have an understanding of the fundamentals of personal computers and network technologies. Look for CompTIA A+ certifications, CompTIA Network+ certifications and Microsoft Certified Professionals only.
