I’m an interior designer and I’m a person that is always looking for perfection ( I know it’s hard to find a good contractor in the construction industry), me and my partner purchased a house in Sherman Oaks and we’re looking for a contractor to remodel the house based on my plans and designs. Most of the contractors intimidated me and my demands until I met with Elmar from PBG. Elmar listened to everything that I wanted and didn’t try to convince me otherwise even though it was complicated to achieve, he demanded some changes due to city requirements that I understood and agreed upon as well. I received a great customer service, a contractor that understood me and responded to everything in a matter of hours , his workers were always on time, Super friendly and professional. Our project is in the finishing stage now and I’m excited with the outcome Next year we are going for the backyard project and can’t wait to see what PBG will do with it. PBG exceeded my expectations with the master bathroom remodeling. The team displayed a high level of professionalism, ensuring attention to every detail (especially the tile guy)! We neglected this bathroom for a long time and the cause was a leak that created mold, luckily as part of there policy they tested it and that’s how we found out, they provided a company that specializes in mold restoration and provided clearance from a third party, not a nice surprise but had to be done as well. The final result is a beautifully renovated bathroom. I appreciate their expertise and honesty and would recommend them for anyone looking for quality bathroom remodeling.

Elmar came highly recommended by our neighbors and we decided to give it a shot with our bathroom remodeling. We schedule a time frame to meet and Elmar walked us through all the process very professionally and took his time to make sure we understand every step of the process. He took care of all the permits and inspections and made the remodeling as smooth as possible for us( we have a baby and two dogs) that we needed to manage with the people walk in and out of the house. I recently had my kitchen done by Power Builders Group. Elmar and the team demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and completed the project within the agreed timeframe. Me and the wife was a bit worried to start but I can say that this process went smooth and even with some surprises down the road (all our drain lines was busted and we didn’t even know) we managed to complete it in the time frame that we expected and it didn’t take too much of our savings. So a quick tip for the next remodeler make sure to put a side for surprises cause they can come but hire a company that will handle it like PBG. Overall the new kitchen has exceeded my expectations. Definitely 5 stars for the service, quality and most important for the communication between the company to the home owners.

our prices are based on the specific trade or project our client is looking to get. Each project is personal and different and this is why we are providing an in house free estimate for the complete project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our initial meeting start over the phone with our coordinator, we get as much information that we can from our clients to be prepared for our meeting. During the meeting the project manager will check the project and measure the job. We always start with design and permits, schedule the time frame for the project, order all finish materials needed and start construction after everything is ordered and scheduled so we wont have any delays during the remodeling.
