My number one advice for anyone searching for an editor to work with is to meet them. Get to know more than just their work. There are many great editors throughout Los Angeles but are they easy to work with and do they accept notes/criticism easily. I always do my best to take a producers idea and cut something very special for them. During this process, if I ever go astray, I appreciate the direction I receive so there is no time wasted.
