Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you choose a creative group with artistic ability, technical knowledge and marketing saavy. Often times Design & Development companies are weighted too heavily in one discipline; very artistic, but no technical knowledge; technical knowledge, but no marketing saavy, etc. At Big Giant Media, we've crafted a team that excels in ALL disciplines, ensuring our clients gain the highest likelihood of success.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There are always many different options to pursue when trying to achieve a singular goal. Part of the process at Big Giant Media, whether in Corporate Branding, Print Design or Website Development is to explore every angle both in the creative process and the technical implementation. That way, we know our solutions are best suited to our individual clients.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Make sure whoever you hire has an understanding and appreciation for what your business or organization is about. If they don't already know, they should be asking a lot of questions about what you do, how you work, and who your clients/customers are. At Big Giant Media, we spend as much time interviewing our potential clients, as they do interviewing us. It's our attention to detail that makes our projects properly targeted and positioned.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Make sure you have a plan. Or at least be flexible to suggestion. A completely unprepared client is a dangerous thing - and if you are completely directionless, we might not know how we can help. Come in with at least a general idea of what you want to do, and we'll help you flesh out the rest.
