Brian talks a good talk, but does not deliver. I had decided to remove my 7 year old putting green and have a new one put in. We are talking about a five hole 1000 square foot job. Brian did the job, and it looks OK. Not great or good, OK. Made the mistake of paying him before he was complete. Brian had to change some of my landscape lights and they did not work after he messed with them. He basically washed his hands of it and said he did not know why they didn't work anymore. My Gardner wired them correctly when Brian was "done". He promised to take a small tree away and had a weeks worth of "my truck broke down excuses" then never heard from him again. Unprofessional. I would not recommend

I strongly disagree with your review. I have picture evidence of the entire project. I'm sorry you feel the way you do. I have made every attempt to satisfy your requirements. I completed your job with professionalism and integrity. It's a shame that you are attacking me publicly for bending over backwards for you. My mission of every job I do is too make it a great experience. I thought we had done the same for you. And it really hurts that you call yourself a man of character and integrity and you blatantly lie and try to destroy my livelihood that I have worked so hard to build over the years.

Brian has worked with us monthly for the last five months. And, he will probably continue to work with us for at least another five, as our project is quite large. He is competitive in pricing. More importantly he does what he promises within the timeframe he promises. He is very professional, and he is a great communicator. He has graded our yards, added irrigation systems, planted and added decorative rock and built retaining walls. We will be using him to install synthetic grass. He takes it upon himself to come shut down our irrigation system if we are expecting unusual rainfall. Additionally, when we had a problem with a sprinkler head, he interrupted his weekend to come assess problem and fix it. We worked with three other landscapers before we contracted with Brian. He listens to ours needs, works with us to pick landscaping that we like and that is suitable to our zone, and refers us to vendors that assist us with selecting materials for our projects. He understands our budget and works with us to incrementally work on our long term project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple, its all spelled out in the contract. We offer "NO" surprises, just satisfied Customers!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Qualified Applicator License that requires Continuing Education every 2 years. This license allows me to legally spray and manage pests. We perform Herbicide and Pesticide applications to our customers that request it. I constantly stay on top of the ever changing industry and continuous innovation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was offered a job in the Landscape Industry when I was 15 years old. I jumped all over the opportunity and simply made the best out of it. I learned at a very young age to operate equipment, build and construct retaining walls, design and estimate materials, and to not only install projects but how to properly manage them.
