Professional, thorough, curtious listener, and organized are the first qualities that Armando and his company New Era Roofing provided to me for my residence. After personally inspecting our residential roof for leaks, Armando prepared and delivered a quote, his business license number and other necessary business information, as well as a scheduled repair date. With upcoming rain due to San Diego North County, Armando immediately without hesitation installed a tarp to protect our roof and returned on the scheduled date to make all necessary repairs. Not only did he repair the leaks, but he took care of our property making sure that there were no broken tiles or debris left behind. He contacted me at completion and reassured me that the roof was set to go. Armando finished his craftmanship repairs delivering a strong foundation of trust and quality work. With recent rains, I am certain that my roof is free from any leaks. Thank You Armando and Jocelyn for providing outstanding and professional services and especially for the concern you gave to my home to make sure that it was restored to working condition. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most of our common jobs are residential: new roofs, additions,roof leaks, roof inspections, re-roofs we also do commercial work. The most common material we use is tile,besides composition shingle,clay,slate and wood shakes.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Roofs consists of wear and tear material,we wish customers knew how important it is to maintain their roof annually, through roof inspections. We see too many projects where there is massive interior damage from something that was a easy fix on the roof. For example:
broken tiles,blown shingles, ect.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We offer competitive prices in today's economy.We are family owned and operated,and we are proud members of the Better Business Bureau. We will take care of your any of your roofing needs.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Looking at the final product on a roof, but most important making sure our customers are completely satisfied with a smile. We appreciate our customers and the referals they give us,that makes us grow more each day.
