As a freelance copywriter, my goal is to help you to communicate clearly and effectively with your clients and customers, improve your profits, and make your life easier. It’s your business, you want to be able to focus on it.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I love working on every project and find new challenges in each one. I want to produce great work and that means I need clients to communicate with me effectively. That means they need to take time with me and know I cannot read their minds. In each project, the client and myself want the same thing, a job well done.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out because I take time learning about the objectives of my clients and the project before I begin writing. I listen to the needs and wants of my clients in order to get the project right, and ask questions to be sure we are on the same page, so I can be sure to get it right the first time.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love the variety and challenge as well as the creative process of each and every project I work on. It is so rewarding to work on a project with my clients and to have it all come together.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most common question is "and how much is this going to cost me?"
I can work at an hourly rate, but I prefer to work on a job on a flat fee per project basis. That way the client knows exactly what the cost of their project will be, no surprises. Contact me at maria@freelance-writing-success.com
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. Yes, I do. I was hired to teach a group of 5th graders to produce a classroom newsletter every month that would be read and looked forward to, so I was teaching them layout, design and how to write engaging and informative news stories.
I found the experience so rewarding because these kids got as excited about the project as I was and worked so hard to create a really entertaining newsletter. It felt great to be a part of that.
