- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent and fair. While most of our services have standard flat rates, for unique or specialized projects, we may send a technician for an initial inspection, which incurs a deductible fee. Moreover, loyal customers enjoy discounts on subsequent services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we prioritize their convenience and satisfaction. After gathering their details, we tailor appointments to suit their preferences. Payment is only expected upon project completion, allowing customers to ensure everything meets their expectations before finalizing payment. We encourage open communication to accommodate any adjustments or additional requests.
