We are a healing and movement arts center incorporating SOT chiropractic, acupuncture, nutrition, various massage styles (prenatal, Swedish, aromatherapy, reflexology, positional release, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, myofascial release), and fully outfitted yoga studio. We offer services that are suitable for those recovering from injury, or looking to get stronger, and those who want to relax and de-stress. Our focus is to find the best and most appropriate way to work with you, to achieve your goals.
