I just had my first lesson with Sushanna. As a first timer, and an out of shape old dude, she was very helpful in finding out what I needed and tailored our session to what was working and what wasn’t. It’s great having someone who you can tell loves and enjoys what they do work with me. She helped make adjustments to my poses and came up with a plan to help get me to where I need. I should also point out that I have been recovering from knee injuries and she was able to tailor our time to that. I look forward to continuing our sessions.

Best. Instructor. Ever! Sushanna is literally the best person ever! She’s extremely smart, fun, and knowledgeable! My rate is 100 a session with an additional 25 charge if I come to you. Group rates vary starting at 150 minimum.
