Divorce Response: - Answer, UCCJEA, Proof of Service, Application for Fee Waiver, and Order on Fee Waiver - Fridays: 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Saturdays: 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Price: $100.00 3. Lunch Break: Saturdays only: 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. 4. Declaration of Disclosures: - Declaration of Disclosure, Declaration Reproof of Service of Declaration of Disclosure, Schedule of Assets and Debts, Property Declarations, Income and Expense Declarations, and Proof of Service - Fridays: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Saturdays: 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. - Price: $200.00 5. Afternoon Break: Saturdays only: 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 6. Judgment: - Basic Judgment on Judicial Council Forms (with or without children - with or without property), Notice of Entry of Judgment, Declaration re: Stipulated or Uncontested Dissolution, Appearance, Stipulation and Waivers - Fridays: 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Saturdays: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Price: $300.00 Thursday clinic is available from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for miscellaneous documents. Call us for details. Court filing fees are not included in the above prices. Free filing of your documents are with Signal Attorney Service. Copies are at 25 cents per page. An additional $2.00 per page is required for documents prepared by Word Processor. A one-time fee of $25.00 is required for documents scanned to PDF format and emailed, and an additional 25 cents per additional page. We accept payment by credit card, cash or money order. We don't accept personal or business checks.
