Our most common repair jobs are on broken wall heaters and central heating systems. However, Southern Comfort is especially known for our new system designs and installations.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The most recent job that I was particularly proud of was, on a service call to an elderly ladies home. At the job i found a broken heat exchanger that was leaking carbon monoxide into the air. We replaced the equipment, which made me feel very good about the job, because I knew that I was saving her from potential dangers.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That the technician's are required to take continuing educational courses throughout their employment at this business.
