My show/act will involve/engage the audience/spectators in magic happening with cards, coins, ropes, silks, etc. Sorry no fire or animals as I don't care to burn down the venue or hurt anything living by accident. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Providing funny, engaging, amusing, often amazing magic for their parties/events. Typically either strolling/table-hop/mix-mingle magic or small stage show (up to 100 spectators).
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't let pricing fool you. There are many magicians out there who are undercutting the market. Ask them if they guarantee their show. If not than pass on them. I guarantee my shows will make your party/event memorable via my providing smiles, laughter, fun, and mystery.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. This question has two sides, typically leads don't contain enough information for us to quote you properly like your party/event location, how many folks, approx est of how much time you want a magician to be performing, etc. The inside secret is to know what you're seeking in terms of what I've enumerated above to get a decent/proper quote.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Know what type of magic you want and how long you want the performance to be. Make sure that if you're having the party/event in a privately owned venue that outside entertainment has been cleared to come in. Be certain to communicate this information to the performer when seeking a quote.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I stand out because of my personality. Been told that I'm funny, engaging, amusing, and often amazing. My show/act is GUARANTEED. Not all magicians offer a guarantee. You and your guests will have more memories because I'll provide smiles, laughter, fun, and mystery to your party/event GUARANTEED. That's just one way I stand out.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I truly enjoy the reactions I get/receive when I've done an effect. The smiles, laughter, commentary are all priceless to me. I feed off the responses so when it's going well (and it typcially does) the show gets better as time progresses. I may/might start out a bit slow but as I pick up steam folks smile, laugh, have fun, and are often amazed!
