BEWARE! TOTAL RIP OFF, Our water pipe ruptured and our plumber recommended TFM. They came in did the job, during this time he wanted to open up another claim with the unit next door, he wanted another deposit and a separate claim. When they said no there mold magically disappeared The job took 5 days , Inusrance companyʻs said 3 max. I submitted the bill to both my insurance companies and they said his charges are way over industry standard. This makes sense because the whole time working with Thomas he ALWAYS complained about working with the insurance companyʻs. After talking to both my insurance claim agents they both said Thomas was impossible to work with. The insurance paid less 800.00 of theTFM invoice that was 5100.00 after paying a 500.00 deposit. I told him I will pay what the insurance sent and all he could say was "See you in court" I have the emails is anyone wants to read them BEFORE working with this company. This guy is bad news.
