I have been working out with Lori for 3 years. I am going to be 63 years old in a few weeks, and thanks to Lori I am fit, strong, and have lots of energy. I work out with Lori 3 times a week. Her rates are very reasonable and I am able to work on my strength training with her many times a week. I have a very busy schedule and having the appointment makes me go to the gym. I always feel great afterwards. Lori is a great trainer. She keeps you going and on task. She is also a very pleasant person to spend time with and she truly enjoys what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable about diet and exercise. Work out with Lori. You can't go wrong!!!

Lori helped me loose over 70 pounds that I gained after a major injury. She not only helped me loose the weight, but she worked with my injury and I no longer walk with a cane. She is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and what to do to lose weight and be strong. She is an amazing personal trainer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified by International Sports and Science. We have to take 20 units of class every 2 years or we lose our license and have to start all over, again....

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I moved to California from Pennsylvania at 225 pounds and everyone out here seemed to be in pretty good shape. I decided right then and there that I was going to lose 100 pounds and then I would become a trainer to show others how to lose weight.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I had a client who was getting married. She wanted to lose 30 pounds. She lost 37 pounds in 3 months and is a size 4.
