I will say that I felt at easy with Danny when he showed up to my office to repair my printer based on my phone communication with him. In a nutshell, He took my non-working printer with him to repair at his shop because he would need more time to work on it, and he left me his own printer for assurance and to use while he works on mine. He updated me on the parts and the completion date. He delivered as promised. I think that speaks of integrity.

Danny Cruz was a five star experience. The system doesn’t allow me to highlight more than three things that Danny excelled at, but I would have added more. Danny is honest and professional. He came from quite a distance to work on my printer and he brought a spare part with him that I was told by HP was needed. When Danny checked out my printer he was able to resolve the print head problem without using the spare print head he had purchased for me. He saved me $150 by being honest with me.
