I provide mental health counseling/psychotherapy to individuals and families in crisis, by helping them develop positive coping skills, improved communication and support them to make the changes they desire. I also refer families to other providers to ensure that all their needs are being met, such as a Psychiatrist when needed.

I have a child friendly private practice that including play, art, biblio and sand play therapy. I utilize an integrative approach and tailor interventions for each client to match their own individual needs.
