i asked for a kosher dinner and he cooked three things with bacon.
he also didnt have confectioner sugar, brown sugar, milk,
and balsamic vinegar and asked me for them. i didnt
have the balsamic vinegar so his assistant had
to go and get it, maybe he should have gotten all
the other ingrediants instead of interupting my day by asking
over and over again for things. the assistant was gone for one
hour and when chef joey asked him what took him
so long, he replied, i decided to have a glass of wine.
The second to the worst part (bacon), he overcooked
the prime rib for 20 people, we discussed that the prime
rib would be cooked medium rare and it was medium well
or even well done. oh yeah and he took one third of the prime rib
home him, my housekeeper told me she saw him
    do that.
