Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. NEVER buy a roof on price...It is too easy to "Cut-corners" with regard to a roof system, and a low price either assures you that the contractor is cutting-corners or he is not paying workers comp or he doesn't have general liability insurance, cutting corners just shortens the life and asthetic look of the roof, and taking a chance with no insurances, leaves you wide open for bigger issues.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How important it is hire the right contractor...Make sure that you do your homework and try getting recommendations from friends that you know that have purchased a new roof sysytem and had a good experience with their contractor...
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. To see their CA. Contrators license, and get a certificate of insurance for both their General Liability insurance and Workers' Comp. Then go to the CA. Cotractor's Board website and verify all they have given you. The website is www.cslb.ca.gov and then hit Look up license.
