Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Please be sure that you hire a licensed and insured roofing contractor. The State of California does not require that a contractor have liability insurance and hiring someone that does not carry this insurance can be devastating if there is a problem.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How many different ways there are to 'cut corners" in this business. Be very careful about contractors that just try and give you the "Lowest Price" They will ALWAYS be the guys that are cutting those corners. Thus your roofs life and looks will suffer!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Can I have references? Anyone worth their salt, will have many references to show the customer in the customers general market. If they don't have references, good chance there is a reason for that. Buyer Beware!
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What Product or Products are you interested in for your new roof? The internet is a great tool for customers to research the variety of different products that are available to the consumer. Do your homework. Also check with the California State Contractors Board to see if your contractor choices are licensed and insured and in good standing with rhe CSLB. www.cslb.ca.gov Thank-you!

A. Because Pinnacle Roofing System, Inc. treats every roof like we own it! Jerry installs every roof like we're putting it on his own home. If we were putting a roof on Jerry's home we wouldn't do it any different than on you building or home...
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Seeing the look of satisfaction on the faces of our customers after we have completed their new roof system and realizing that they had made the right choice in hiring Pinnacle Roofing Systems, Inc. I like seeing the "WOW!" factor, when they see their new roof for the first time...It is very cool! Happy Customers are better than any advertising you could ever pay for!
