FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
MY pricing is not complicated at all. I want to go out meet my potential customer and conduct a proper walk through. I don't rush a job so I do not rush the estimate process. It is very important to me that the clients and I agree on a reasonable price. I find that my customers like fixed rates so I accommodate their needs. I communicate any changes before any work it continued in order to not mislead the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I just started my business I do lots of research on how to do things better. If I don't have an answer for a customer, I will find it. Knowledge goes hand in hand with experience in this field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love this question. I was looking to do something else than managing for other companies. Nothing was coming my way so my Wife suggested that I should start my own handyman service since I volunteered for many years with one of the churches in my community. One thing lead to the other and here we are in July. Started.
