- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend all the catering tradeshows I can which showcase the latest food products, sanitation laws, and services. I am re-trained in ServSafe as a Manager every 3 years and re-certified.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Conferences, memorials, weddings and general receptions - numbers vary from 25 - 2500.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Indeed shop around - look at depth of the menus and what they have done. Ask tons of questions - if it's a large event, request a tasting. You are the customer - the caterer is here to serve YOU and never the other way around.
