Introduction: I have seen it all - my food profiles are fresh, hot, on time and luscious from start to finish. I never cook anything and then freeze it to serve later as is with the large majority of caterers. Working for a large mega church serving hundreds of thousands of people on a yearly basis helps you pick up some very valuable skill sets coupled with a servant leaders' passions for always placing the customer first. I have had clients for years who will not use anyone else simply because they have peace of mind using my services. It is the best you can buy and at great down-to-earth prices. Serving others - no doubt about it. It is what I do best - it is my life-blood.

Jamie Wal and her server, Kotch Kaiser, were absolute gems to work with. Jamie catered a Celebration of Life for my husband and received rave reviews from all who attended. Outstanding Catering Service! I have worked with Jamie on several of our corporate events and her food service is always fantastic. She is a brilliant chef and has a passion for her work. She will do whatever it takes to meet your heart's desire for whatever type of event you are planning. And you will LOVE working with her! Do yourself a favor and get a proposal before you book your next event....you will be soooo glad you did.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend all the catering tradeshows I can which showcase the latest food products, sanitation laws, and services. I am re-trained in ServSafe as a Manager every 3 years and re-certified.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Conferences, memorials, weddings and general receptions - numbers vary from 25 - 2500.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Indeed shop around - look at depth of the menus and what they have done. Ask tons of questions - if it's a large event, request a tasting. You are the customer - the caterer is here to serve YOU and never the other way around.
