FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before deciding on choosing a driving school make sure you find out about the school by doing some research and checking the companys reviews on major online business directories like Yelp,Yahoo or City Search or other local directories or from word of mouth or from family and friends. Most likely if you happen to find a school that has been in the industry for a long time as ours over 20 years and has a 75 to 80 percent word of mouth refferal then you can conclude they are a good company. You can then give that school a call and don't be afraid or intimidated to ask questions. We have recieved calls in the past from other callers that were shopping around and we were later told that after calling some other driving schools the person on the other end answering the calls were to the point and abrupt and were just given the prices for the services provided and did not elaborate or engaged the customer calling. If you are paying for services you have the right to ask all the questions you need to ask to your satisfaction without worrying if you are taking to much time asking questions. That is what service is about serving customers!
