Al was able to arrange an appointment for us in less than 48 hours. Upon arriving early this morning he quickly determined that our front door lock mechanics had broken so badly that the door wouldn’t unlock even after having the handles removed. However, Al was able to quickly disassemble our entire double door, double lock system and replace it with a new one less than an hour. Thanks for a job well done and done quick.
