Introduction: Most individuals in the health and fitness field have different certifications for what they do, which is great, but I have taken my education and knowledge a step further. I received my Bachelor's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training (injury prevention and rehab) in 2010. I pursued further education and received my Master's of Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics (physics of human movement) in 2013. I integrate all of knowledge from different areas and apply it to my clients. Majority of individuals who receive higher levels of education do not continue to work with the general public, but I feel the general public deserves the highest level of trained professionals. I love working with a variety of clients who are interested in making positive changes in their health and well being.

Maddie has been very helpful in modifying exercises for a knee injury. She was instrumental in helping me lose weight and begin a fitness regime that enabled me to improve my blood glucose numbers so I am no longer prediabetic. Maddie is a good fit for any fitness level- she will take you from where you are at and maximize your potential .

Maddie was my boot camp instructor and Pilates instructor. She is fabulous. I have worked with her for years which has meant that she has seen me through injuries, strength, and weakness and always knows how to adjust her motivation and her exercises to make sure that my workout is safe but challenging. Maddie actually cares beyond the time in the studio - she checks in, follows up, and never upsells or makes you feel bad. I appreciate her honesty and toughness but also her kindness. She is a hard worker and I will go back to her and Movement Integrity time and time again. She rocks.

Maddie Gougeon helped me obtain my personal fitness goals. I continue to work with Maddie as I set new goals. I've been a part of Maddie's fitness program for nearly 3 years. Maddie is always on time and her sessions are always new and challenging. What impresses me the most about Maddie is her ability to focus on individual needs even when she is instructing a group.
