A. Tiling a kitchen or bath, laying laminate flooring, seasonal maintenance inspections, home maintenance classes.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Verify their contractor's license, experience and insurances.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. My customers should have the desire to own their home and stop letting it own them. I will show them the rest.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. No other contractor will teach you how to do it yourself. I will show you how to inspect your home, how to do your maintenance and repairs, create a customer homeowners manual for your home, and make sure you can do the work correctly. All at a fraction of what a regular contractor would charge you to do the work.

A. I enjoy helping homeowners save money and enabling them to do it themselves.

A. Customer often ask me if I will also do the work for them. Yes, I will. But I am dedicated to assisting homeowners save money by doing it themselves.

A. My services are unique. Since I teach you how to do the things you want to do around the house, you save money.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I enjoy working with my hands and the thrill of the final product. It was natural to want others to feel the same.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. As a home inspector, I am required to complete 36+ hours of continuing education each year with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
