Facili-Pro specializes in commercial janitorial services with experience serving financial institutions, fitness centers, healthcare facilities, apartment/luxury high-rise complexes, daycare/educational centers and retail centers. We also provide pressure washing and window washing services along with floor maintenance.
Aside from janitorial services, we also provide Apartment Maintenance Technicians to assist with lowering your overhead while providing the same experienced techs you would hire directly to care for your property.
Facili-Pro has been in business for 5 years and serves the entire Southern California region from Ventura to Palm Springs, there is no job too big!

our facility operates 24hours per day 7 days a week with daily foot traffic of over 1,000 clients a day which requires on-site cleaning around the clock. JCM has been the absolute best for us going on 4 years now. Jay is always on top of our needs, excellent communication and always fair on pricing. Would highly recommend to others.
