My pricing is fair and marketable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I allow the customer to get familiar with me then I go right to the root of the problem. I bring out the truth of the issues. You can only start from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in the customer service field. I have been around to see the rapid changes that is damaging our businesses, I also see that a lot of business see it to but they do not know what to do about it.
