I start as a helper because I want it to learn everything about the business and at the age of 25 I became “The Installer”, I work for several companies learning what Works and Don’t so We could apply it to our Own business, shortly after...we begin!!, basically a truck, a small crew and me, buying our windows from small manufacturers, taking EPA courses and also the Installation Masters for AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Asociación) to get the additional knowledge we needed to provide the best installation Ever! Alex's team installed 4 windows for me today, and we were really impressed with his team. I gave Alex a time block on install day, so if they came late in the morning it didn't interfere with my day since I was working from home. This approach worked great since the pick-up from the factory was slower than expected and sometimes it's out of the team's hands. There was a miscommunication on the order, but Alex stepped in and fixed it immediately. He stands by his words to ensure that customers are satisfied with the project. I appreciate his old school approach! That said, I'm having Alex do more windows because his team did a great job installing and cleaning. And his price is reasonable (I received quotes from 3 other companies). Be prepare to wait! It takes time for the windows to be made, but once it was ready scheduling was a breeze!

Here in Advance we do our best to streamline our process, efficiency is key in order to save time and you all know Time is Money, also we keep our overhead as low as possible by expanding our business organically with out taking big risk and keeping our company expenses as Low as possible, this way we where able to upgrade from a small 400 sf showroom in Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks to a 3,000 sf fully equipped Bussines center with reception area 2 private offices, showroom and a 2 story warehouse all under 1 roof and at the same time keep our prices the SAME!! in beautiful Valencia Ca
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we set up the appointment, I personally visit most of our potential clients and offer a free estimate after taking measurements of the windows and doors, upon agreement we order their windows and doors and in 10 Bussines days we are ready to install, in most cases installation only takes 1 day!! After way more than 50,000 windows installed we learn a thing or two!!
