What I offer you and your child is much more than just childcare. I offer an extended family, with support system that nurtures all of us.
It is often difficult for working parents to balance all the commitments and responsibilities in their lives. I offer you a peace of mind where your child is concerned. I provide safe and loving physical, intellectual, social and emotional needs. I feel children learn best in creative, natural learning environment. Your child learns everyday by being a part of an extended family. Patience, sharing, responsibility, compassion for self and others, communications and teamwork will be practiced through participating in daily routine of the home.
I have 2 children of my own who are already grown, and have been around children for years. I will use my knowledge to offer stimulating development activities when your child is ready for them. They include movement and music, arts and crafts, quiet story and sharing times, puzzle, building materials (blocks, Legos, etc.), outdoor play and lots of laughter, hugs and love. I enjoy work with small groups of children so that I can give more of my undivided attention.
Currently, I have full-time and part-time openings available.
Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. As a mother, I believe I know what a respectable daycare should have. It should be a place where both the child and parent can feel comfortable. Often in public daycare's, the parent and instructor do not get to form a personal bond or relationship. In the Chilton's Family Daycare I will personally make it a top priority to make sure that I develop a personal relationship with each parent that walks through my door.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. As a working single mother, having my child in a daycare was a sort of savior to me. By opening up my own , I plan on giving back to other families what I once had. Providing them with a sense of relief that their children are in good hands is what I love most about my job.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Q: What are the prices?
A: Depends on age and hours of care.
Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes. I am licensed by the state.
Q: How many children are you able to care for?
A: I am able to have up to eight children.
