Jay was my trainer for about a year and I never felt better than when I worked with him. He will push you to do your absolute best and changes up the workout for you so don't get board. He always focus on your technique to get the best results and to prevent any injury. I have a crazy schedule with work and motherhood, I only wish that Jay had more evening availability.

    As a Teen I started working out just doing 600 push-ups and 600 sit-ups a day, something simple lol. As i started to see more and more results my interest in fitness grew. Friends of mine started asking for tips and that's how it Started.
