Fetch! Pet Care knows that when you're away or at work, your pets still want to play. The thought of boarding your pets in a kennel isn't pleasant (we've all heard the horror stories, so no need to tell you what you already know). So, when you're out of the house, our in-home pet services are just the thing. Your pets stay in familiar surroundings and maintain their normal routine. And, your pet sitter won't just feed and leave (yup, we've heard those horror stories ourselves).
As pet lovers, they enthusiastically play with your pets, care for them, and clean up after them, while giving them the love and affection they deserve. And our pet sitters do more than just sit. They bring in your mail, newspapers, water your plants, and rotate lights and blinds, so your home looks lived in while you're away.

A. I spend all day, every day, with dogs. I get to be outside in the beautiful Southern California weather 7/days/week, 52 weeks/year. I meet a lot of wonderful, pet loving, like-minded people, many of whom have become great friends. What more could I ask for?
A. 1) How long have you been in business?
I have owned my Fetch franchise since March 2006. Prior to that I worked as a sitter and dispatcher for Fetch on the West Side for a year. Fetch itself has been around since 2002, when it started in the Bay Area.
2) How do you find your sitters?
Our sitters are handpicked. They are all experienced in caring for pets- either in caring for their own pets, through previous work or through volunteer experience. We perform criminal background checks and reference checks on everyone. And they are bonded and insured.
3) How many sitters do you have working for you?
At present, about 30 sitters/month on average. Keep in mind that these are all very part-time sitters. Some just take a few jobs/month, and a few work consistently Monday-Friday, but no one is full time. They do this out of love for animals!
4) Are your sitters trained in Pet First Aid and CPR
We encourage our sitters to take a course in first aid and CPR and many of our sitters have been trained.
