- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep myself continuedly educated and up to date with a variety of work shops. I believe keeping myself inform not only benifits everyone else, but my self just the same. Focus of the my many workshops recently attended have been on the education of training expectant mothers; along with a varias of Pilates exercises for the unexpectant person.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I experienced on a personal level how my body had benifited from taking pilates. I had quickly noticed how my body had responded and was immediatly impressed! Even more so, amazed at the changes I begun to have at such a rapid rate. This positive experience was enough to create a passion and move myself forward into this career field, as a Pilates Instructor. At every opprotuned moment, whether I am teaching or personally working out, I just can't resist engaging in Pilates exercises.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The client- instructor relationships. Getting to know their goals, knowing where they are and where they are headed is a great feeling! Watching their progress, seeing them achieve the goals, is a proud moment for them as well as myself.
