- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don't agree that "Certification = Qualification" as a UCLA graduate I do see the value in education and I am currently in the process of getting my NASM certification. I am constantly researching any and everything health related and because of my athletic background and my access to the entire UCLA Athletics department I am always current on the latest and most effective workouts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive been an athlete since the age of 5 and I loved it and I still love it. Its a way of life for me pushing myself to be a better athlete, and trainer, and an overall better person so naturally helping others achieve this type of lifestyle fits right in
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common has by far been meal planning and muscle gain/toning. Just as common is helping my clients lose weight.
