Introduction: We teach Muay Thai (Thai boxing). Muay Thai is an ancient Thai martial art of self-defense. It is the most effective and proven methods of using all parts of your body such as fists, elbows, knees and feet to be your defending weapons.
Anybody, from the age of 5 to 60 years old, boys or girls, men or women, can join this unique training for self-defense and fitness.
Our philosophy is to teach students self-discipline, self-confidence, respect and patience, as well as to develop body coordination, speed, balance, endurance and grace.
