Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Kick and punch your way to a lean, muscular body. We offer kickboxing or boxing workouts and resistance and cardio training to achieve maximum lean muscle mass. Kickboxing is the ultimate workout because it exhausts the aerobic and anaerobic energy system at the same time. Kickboxing is also more enjoyable because of its game aspect --- it is similar to playing a sport. Kickboxing also incorporates elements of yoga and exercises the mind, as well as the body.

i am a 62 year old CEO. I am also in awesome physical condition, look 20 years younger than my age, and am confident in all areas of my life. I believe the training I had with Tim made a huge difference in all of these areas. I started training with Tim as a brown belt. Four years later I earned my black belt with Tim. The truth was the brown belt I had was worthless. I could not fight. Tim trained me to fight, to get in shape, and to be able to defend myself. Tim moved away from Houston (where I trained with him) to LA about 6 or 7 years ago. However, the training was so well done, I still continue my practice and am in great shape. I have integrated what Tim gave me with other martial arts and I LOVE my sport. Tim is also a rare breed.....a profoundly decent and honorable man. Mark Kamin (www.mka-world.com)

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Teach kickboxing for physical conditioning and flexibility. I also teach boxing and Tai Chi, plus resistance type training. I get people in shape and they have fun doing it.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a trainer who is patient and is not out to prove themselves. Most trainers like to impress clients by working them too hard and then telling them how much they need them. Remember, no trainer can get you in shape by tomorrow but any trainer can send you to the doctor tomorrow. Stay away from the doctor.
