What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our rates can be found online. There are no enrollment fees and no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to know who we work with so that we can provide them the best assistance. In order to offer them the best match for what they need, we ask the new clients the type of personality the student responds best to, the areas the student is struggling with, conceptual or work habits, following directions or organization skills, etc. Through a series of questions, we intend to find out what would the ideal tutor be like and try our best to match the client's expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our tutors have at least a college degree and teaching experience. I was a teacher for 10 years and a tutor for just as many before starting this company. With my teaching experience and a PhD in Economics, I can assess our tutors as being the best and most qualified, and the positive feedback from our clients, as well as their loyalty, attest to that.
