Introduction: I specialize in gut health and metabolic fitness. I cook since I was 8 years old in Paris. I have lived in Paris, Tokyo, NY, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Rio de Janeiro, and Bogota. In 2017 I healed my gut and got rid of metabolic issues, leaky gut, gluten intolerance and a severe, chronic inflammatory response. It took me years of research, and shooting a documentary with the foremost authorities in health and wellness in the US (it’s called Beyond Food the movie). It was thanks to microbiome science (Viome), fermentation, and ancestral cooking traditions that I was able to heal. Being able to help my clients heal quickly with delicious food is a privilege. Chef Tomas cooked my friends and I a great meal during our vacation to Malibu!! He even accommodated for one of our vegan friends diet and made amazing vegan dishes for her. Very responsive and accommodating. He was very efficient- cooked us a great family style meal and cleaned up the kitchen.

The food he created was full of incredible flavor and beautifully presented. I am on a strict super low sodium/no dairy diet, so it's tough for me to find tasty dishes. Even with this restriction, everything he made was beyond delicious! It was a real treat to have him in my kitchen. He created a week's worth of meals, both lunch and dinner, and I am ecstatic to be able to pull these chef created meals from the freezer for an instant gourmet meal. I will definitely use Tomas again and highly recommend him.
