- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
California culinary academy graduate 2011. I have trained under many chefs throughout the years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to culinary school in 2010 and never looked back. It has been a passion ever since i picked up my first chef knife. I moved onto working in high-end rehab facilities in Malibu, ca. and this is where the passion to teach other to cook came into play
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently i have opened a organic juice shop in ventura, ca. with only 3 months of Planning we opened in fall of 2022.
