*A warning about Precision Environmental. They can Not kill roaches like they claim they can. One of their estimator's assured me the heat they bring it up to for termites, always kills roaches too. Wrong! I did not find out that the roaches were not guaranteed until after the job.
My vinyl gutters turned to spaghetti, vinyl flooring peeled up, and pvc piping for gray water system warped. All items were exposed, easily seen by the crew, and I was not warned would be damaged, so I could prevent, and they did not try to prevent the damage either.
Management would not address any of the issues, I won't name, was very rude, and tried to be insulting. But what People say and how they say it, only reflects on the person who says it. So it was quite sad to witness.
They will also take pictures of the inside of your house and all your personal affects, which they do not inform you until after. No info on that in the contract either. When I asked about that, he rudely replied once again, to justify these actions" The police take pics of inside people's house too." That comment surprised me, to make such a comparison.
I was bullied into paying full price, by threatening to put a lien on my house! Even though the obvious damage caused, much less not providing what was promised. So I paid.
I will be filing suit next week, for all the damages, and not delivering work that was contracted. I really was hoping this would work, because I am an environmentalist, and would like the world to have less chemicals when possible, but think twice before this alternative. Or this company.
This was the worst experience I ever had with a contractor, most other's are very good.
